Use of port facilities

Revised Terms and Conditions – effective 1 September 2022

Port of Melbourne’s commercial trading Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) have recently been updated for legislative changes and references, third party references and other minor changes.  The T&Cs relate to Channel Access, Owners Berthing at Dedicated Facilities, Common User Wharves, Common User Terminals.

The updated Terms and Conditions will come into effect from 1 September 2022 and are now available below:

Port Load Chart

Guidance on the maximum allowable loads permitted on wharves, piers and shed floors at port-owned facilities at the Port of Melbourne.

Non-Standard Load Lifts

The Non-Standards Load Lift process must be followed for any lifts or loads that will exceed the port load chart limits.
